At Musk Al-Wahaj, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
• The product must be in its original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used fragrances
• Gift cards
• Personal care items once used

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Damaged
• Defective

For exchange requests, please contact us first before sending the item.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable courier service

Important Notes

• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
• Musk Al-Wahaj reserves the right to رفض any return that does not meet our policy conditions
